New stories, new call for submissions

News from Fiction @ The Sociological Review and So Fi Zine

Hello readers, writers, artists, and fellow sociological fiction enthusiasts,

I’m pleased to share that So Fi Zine will be continuing in 2023 and submissions are now open for edition #13. You can find all the details at sofizine.com/cfs. Please do share the call widely and send me your fiction, poetry and art.

I am always keen to discuss and promote the zine for colleagues, students and other audiences so reach out if you’d like to hear more about the project.

There is also new fiction to read at The Sociological Review: Big Farmer by Catie Gresser and Lauri Turner, a visceral glimpse into a future of the meat industry, and The Space Between by JE Sumerau, on the brave junctures and lines of flight that make up our personal histories.
